On April 27, 2019, he disclosed his weight while live streaming on Twitch, revealing that he had lost weight for the first time in over a year. He was giddy with joy, thanking his fans for sticking by him across thick and thin.
We’ve finally fallen below 300 pounds, boys.

Dmitri has lost 70 pounds of body fat, but he isn’t happy. What is the reason for this? Ok, he’s set a goal of losing 250 pounds, and he’s not going to stop until he achieves it.
Weight Loss Secrets of Greekgodx
The controversial streamer shed pounds by eating a ketogenic diet and exercising. That is right, he ate a high-protein, low-carbohydrate diet and began exercising in the same way that Sean Hannity did when he adopted the Keto Atkins diet.
First and foremost, he began with the Keto diet, which involves eliminating carbs and replacing them with fats. This aided his metabolism, causing it to enter a condition known as ketosis. His body efficiently burned fat and generated more energy while in this state. He lost weight as a result.
He eats mostly meat (chicken, fish, beef, or pork) and salads for his diet (cabbage or any other vegetables). He gave up sugary beverages and caffeine in favor of water. However, since he has diabetes and has a low blood sugar count, he sometimes eats sugary drinks. And if he spends too much time at his streaming table, he sips a Red Bull drink and that’s it.
We can’t talk about his weight loss journey without considering his fitness routine, can we? Dmitri had previously led a boring, passive life, but he rose to his feet and began walking and running. He ran on the treadmill for cardio on a daily basis. Other times, he simply went for a stroll.
He can be seen running on a treadmill while singing Hakuna Matata from The Lion King in one of Greekgodx’s live streams. However, the live stream is interrupted when his camera falls to the ground. This does not imply that he stopped uploading videos; in fact, he continued to do so.
Greekgodx’s Weight Loss Advice
What if you were able to do the same thing as Greekgodx? Consider this for a moment: you followed his advice and lost weight as well!
His Twitch channel was suspended for around a week in September 2019. What is the reason for this? Since he mocked the gender option “Other” in the Soundcloud account development gender section.
Kelly Marie Tran AKA Rose Tico’s weight loss journey is detailed below.
Following his suspension from Twitch, he apologized for what he said on Twitter. Here’s the connection to the report!
He posted a heartfelt motivational video on his YouTube channel after he was released from suspension. He shared some of his weight-loss advice there.
The first step is to become conscious of what you are eating.
The Twitch streamer clarified that the most important thing to remember is to be careful of what you put in your mouth, whether it’s food or drink. Examine the food you are eating, how you’re eating it, and how much you’re eating.
If you are overweight, water is superior to sugary drinks.
If you don’t want to change your diet, Dmitri recommends reducing portions and training your mind to consume less. He acknowledged that he consumes big meals rather than smaller ones, but that he eats anything good.
He once ate a whole chicken in one sitting and still lost weight. What is the reason for this? He was eating more than a whole chicken before, and now he is consuming less calories. As a result, he lost weight the other day.
Greekgodx also revealed that eating three times a day is bad for your health and that finding a balance is important. He argues that everyone is different, and that everyone’s diet and weight-loss strategies should be different as well. It worked for him to eat big portions, but that doesn’t mean it would work for you!
The last thing he says is to never give up. It’s not only about getting started; it’s also about maintaining continuity. Check out his video for more details.

On January 14, Greekgodx appeared on Mizkif’s Twitch stream to have a live chat with one of his best friends.
Although he’s stopped by from time to time to talk about his life, getting a visa, and restarting his stream, they’ve never discussed his weight loss.
Greekgodx, on the other hand, flaunted how far he’s come in a show-all moment, with the once-overweight streamer looking mighty good.
Since beginning his weight loss journey in 2018, Greekgodx has come a long way.
Greek took off his shirt and flexed his muscles after being prodded by Mizkif to show off his improvement, much to the delight of the host and the thousands of viewers in talk.
Mizkif shouted, “Damn dude,” as he marveled at his friend’s growth. “To think what you were and where you are now, dude, is insane.”
He’s come a long way after beginning his weight-loss journey in April 2018, and he wants to keep the momentum going by adding muscle. “This is all skin,” he clarified, “but I can easily fill it with muscle.”
Greekgodx began his weight loss journey in April 2018, when he weighed 370 pounds. In April of this year, he joined the “under 300 club,” and in the eight months since, he has become even more jacked.
His original weight loss target was 250 pounds, and although he didn’t say how much he currently weighs, he seems to have surpassed it. He used to stream his weight loss journey on Twitch until November, when he stopped.
Instead, he posted images of his progress on Twitter, updating them every few weeks with another pound of fat lost and another muscle identified.
He has announced that he will begin streaming with his new look as soon as possible, promising more broadcasts once he returns to the United States.
Fans of Greekgodx will have to wait for updates on his Twitter and the occasional Mizkif stream with the cult hero until then.
Greek has significantly altered his lifestyle, leaving streaming in favor of resolving his weight. He used to be a Twitch comedy relief, and his round and sturdy look was a consequence of his character.
He’s found the right balance and changed his body after taking control of his diet and beginning a rigorous workout routine.
